A brief resume...
I graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1986 at the University of Padova.
I attended the first school of Cardiology of the same University and soon, after a brief internship, I decided, to give a different imprint to my work, that my professional activity should be directed towards the correction of nutritional habits, considering it a prerequisite for the recovery of physical and mental health. Driven from personal experience, I turned to the study of diet and all natural methods that can prevent and cure diseases.
Phytotherapy, that is, medical treatment based on the active ingredients contained in plants, has occupied much of my time, both in research and in partnership with several Italian companies, and with direct clinical application on patients. I participated in the clinical study of plants in cultural medicine belonging to Latin America, Asia and Africa, presenting the results at several national and international conferences. Over the years I have given lectures and courses on various issues concerning Natural Medicine. My interest then developed towards nutritional counselling with focus on the digestive system as the starting point of many illnesses and consequently, of their treatment.
From 1996 I began working on Colon Hydrotherapy, considering it to be a very useful practice in the management of the most common intestinal diseases. During these years I have revised and corrected the technique to obtain a method that is recognized as the most advanced in order to obtain an adequate bowel cleansing, and to make Colon Hydrotherapy an effective diagnostic function of the digestive system.
From 2009-2012 I was vice-president of the SICT, a scientific non-profit organization that is dedicated to the research, clinical practice, and diffusion in scientific sectors and teaching of Colon Hydrotherapy.
Currently at my offices in Padova and Creazzo (Vicenza) my role is now as a researcher in Phytotherapy and a teacher of Colon Hydrotherapy techniques.
